Plantroom Refurbishment - Nuffield Health Highgate Hospital

Working within a hospital, it was paramount that the project was completed with no downtime of hot water, heating or the additional expense of temporary boilers. Which the team successfully navigated safely and on time.

We were tasked with replacing the heating and hot water services - two Regency 150kw boilers and two 1000l HWS calorifiers. These were switched into two semi-instantaneous hot water cylinders and two 150kw boilers on rig. Pressed copper was used throughout the project. The team also change the current Flue dilation to open Flue system. Finally the BMS package was also upgraded as well as fire safety interlocks.
