District Heating Refurbishment - Lavender Estate

The project consisted of replacing rotten carbon steel pipework throughout the floors of the housing blocks and replacing with Mapress copper.

Due to the nature of the building, it was essential to ensure minimal downtime to minimise disruption for the residents. Achieving this involved meticulous planning, efficient organisation of materials, and effective leadership of the team, all of which contributed to the successful completion of the project.
